Donald N. Woldman
Donald N. Woldman has practiced family law for more than 40 years, and has appeared in front of most of the local and state courts in California, including the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court of California. His many high-profile and complex cases include the Lee Marvin palimony case, in which Mr. Woldman argued before the California Supreme Court that long-term cohabitation should create legal rights; a legal concept that did not exist in California up to that point. Mr. Woldman is frequently invited to be a guest lecturer across the United States. He often appears on television and radio discussing family law and cohabitation issues, and authored a monthly column for the national magazine - Viewpoint. Mr. Woldman currently appears as a host and guest on two national radio shows, including the Lighten Up Lounge, a Saturday afternoon talk show syndicated in multiple radio markets, and now on the internet. He has been a member of the Family Law Mediation Panel of the Los Angeles Superior Court for over 20 years.
